Your rights
These links live on the same website as the contact mailto. They cover personal data Secqor holds from secqor.com and from QRAD (qrad.co.in). QRAD is a Secqor product; every QRAD request goes through Secqor. Consent is given by sending an email (or the QRAD form, which arrives in a Secqor mailbox); withdrawal is one pre-filled email — comparable ease. You do not need to give new consent to use a right.
Access (section 11)
Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, the processing, and the processors it has been shared with.
Request access summaryCorrection (section 12)
Correct inaccurate data, complete incomplete data, or update stale data we hold.
Request correctionErasure (section 12)
Ask us to delete personal data that is no longer needed for the specified purpose, unless another law requires a limited hold. We keep a 3-year evidence stub (email, dates, fact of deletion).
Request erasureNomination (section 14)
Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or lack capacity. Include their name, email, and relationship.
Record nominationGrievance (section 13)
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data or a rights request. We aim to respond in 30 days, and within 90 days at the latest. After that you may complain to the Board — see Privacy Notice §15.
